Text displaying incorrectly on devices

When editing text on my website, it publishes ok when viewed on my PC. However, when viewed on a device (i.e. iPad or iPhone) there are, in some places, extra spaces and returns between words, and not just on one page. I'm an editor and proofreader so it's not a good look! Can you tell me why this happens and how to fix it, please? Thanks.

@kathfran    did u try selecting the text, copy it, paste it on WORD,     and paste it back again onto weebly, "paste as plain text".  This can get rid of any formatting..

Also - if you are using MS Word to create/copy and paste you can set Word to automatically  paste  text using the formatting of the source, destination, or just pure text. If you always want one of the options, set it as the default for pasted text.   I use it all the time and works perfect!! 🙂
