So for some reason... My site is no longer charging tax and I have fixed it twice and now it's doing it again. Since the last two times i called I was on hold for over 45 mins and had to stop holding, i decided to do chat. I spoke with Leslie S. and she was pretty rude. She said that she has been working for the company for 4 years so I need go talk to my state tax people because she can't do anything further. Which is so strange becuase the guy that I spoke with before changed it and everything was fine.

I'm sorry to hear, @LoveMonicaBeaut Can you explain a bit further on your previous experiences? You said you had to have it fixed twice? What did the original rep do, and was it escalated to senior support? Thanks in advance for the extra information.
