I have been using Weebly for sometime now with several PRO sites. I absolutely loved it. The most recent one I worked on was an apparel Brand store. After setting up about a 100 SKU's or so I was looking into integrating the store with Facebook Pixel to make a Facebook Store and link to Instagram. This is when I learned of the relationship between Square and Weebly. Had no Idea. Well if you don't know.....If you have a store setup on Weebly and want to integrate with Facebook Store....YOU CANT! You have to REBUILD your store entirely on the Square Store platform, the Square Platform will do the integration no problem. What.... can't your Weebly store just import into the Square Store you ask? NO NO NO that would be to easy. For gods sake they are just a TECH Company what do you expect.
(Deep Breath) So now you got your Square online store setup and lets say you want to start selling shirts to promote your brand with a drop shipping company like Printful. Easy enough right, NOPE NOPE NOPE, Square Store doesn't have the integration with Printful, but you guessed it Weebly does! OMG is right.
If your on the Square Platform and you want to upgrade from free to a paid plan guess where it goes, that's right Weebly.
I digress, Weebly & Square, Ware, Squeebly whomever you are now, get your !@&$ together before you loose more customers. Is it one company or two. Everything is confusing now, customer service is terrible and that's sad it use to be the best. One employee tells you one thing and another employee tells you another. Waited on hold for over 40 minutes today to get someone I think may have been her first day. Remember when you called customer service they answered and the employees would actually have sites themselves to go back to and figure out the solution. Not now, they type questions in a computer database or send a message to supervisor, maybe the supers need to be the ones answering the phones.
WHAT IS THE FUTURE OF THIS COMPANY?
IS IT GOING TO BE FULLY MERGED AS ONE UNDER ONE PLATFORM THAT WORKS?
WHY ARE THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE MADE YOU WHO YOU ARE THE LAST ONES TO KNOW WHATS GOING ON?
OH yeah and why does Facebook and Instagram HATE your free accounts? If you have a website.weebly.com you can not use it on both social platforms. WHY?
