Search is not working

The search feature has always worked until today. Today I cannot search for products, nor can customers search for anything. If I go in and find and physically open up that item in product section, then it becomes searchable.
Yesterday everything was searchable and I changed nothing. Plesae please help!

Again. It isn't working on my end when I am trying to change a price in products. Nor is it working on the sale side for customers (or when I checked the store side).

Sorry for the trouble, @Jay1026. Our engineers are working on fixing that so results are returned when you search. What is the address of the site you're having trouble with?

Wonderful. Still worries me that it stopped working completely when we did nothing.
Monday night at around 7 pm I was going on and using find to grab a link to put in a site so someone could find the item quickly. That was through the customer side and not the build side.
Next time I went on the store to look up a link for someone else at Tuesday at 9 am the site search feature doesn't work.
