Report Modifiers in Different Columns

In the export of orders CSV, split the information on each modifier (Product Options field) into individual fields. 

Modifiers are currently all in the Product Options field as a blob of text. It would be nice to report on each item without manually separating them into different fields. We use the Modifiers feature on our donation page to capture class and student information.
