New Analytics??? What in the heck????

So you have been providing web analytics every month for the oast few years. Suddenly, without notice and in the middle of a year, the data changes totally and your numbers are way lower. So how fo you explain what was a record-breaking year in terms of visitors when the numbers drop off the cliff and don't match? What kind of company would do this??? Are you intentionally trying to run customers away???

We updated our methodology to more close match current industry standards, like Google Analytics and other stat providers. The old method was including traffic from bots, spiders, and other tools like that and wasn't as useful in terms of tracking actual human visitors to your site.

Maybe you could give us the option to choose to see our stats under the old formula - as Google do - a toggle so we can choose how we see the data? It is rather difficult as the person before said - to have such a dramtic change mid-year.

Hi,

Your dashboard figures don't even stack up with Google Analytics.

Must say one thing you do really well is to piss off your customers...

Cheers

Hi Eddie. Are you noticing a dramatic difference between your stats in the Weebly dashboard and your stats on GA?

I am still seeing the same problem as I was when you put in your new method for compiling stats.  My numbers are still far lower than google analytics.  I sent two tickets in as was suggested, but nothing has changed.  In fact, you didn't even acknowledge that you received the tickets.

How did you submit new tickets, @sbtopics? The most recent email cases I see for you are from June.
