Hello community!
When options are listed for a PRODUCT, the thumbnails do not sync with the drop-down box. If a customer uses the drop-down text box to select an option, the thumbnail changes (GOOD). But when a customer clicks on a different thumbnail, the drop-down text box does not change (BAD). The customer thinks they're ordering what they're seeing in the picture and do not realize they have to change it in the drop-down box.
This problem has been brought up over the years and still no fix??? This isn't just a 'cool' feature...this is a MISTAKE which needs to be fixed. Please don't suggest we vote on it along with the 82934 other voting requests...JUST FIX IT. Thank you!
