Problems with uploading a PDF file as link on my website
Since yesterday I have an issue with uploading an updated PDF file as text link on my website.
Somehow, the system cannot upload the new, updated PDF file, even I removed properly the old one and did an upload via the link menu and then opening the "Link" box where you can upload the desired PDF file from your PC and set the option "Open in new window".
Once I publish it, I guess that the system somehow tries to display the old PDF (which I however already overwrote with my new PDF on my PC), which it does not display properly, but it is not possible to display the new PDF.
I assume that there might be a problem in the cache, because I get the following error message when trying to open the link in a new window in Weebly:
"404 not found"
And the path is as follows:
The part that I highlighted in red seems to be the problem...It seems a caching problem.
Could you please verify and try to fix it ASAP because it is not acceptable. Currently, I am looking for new potential customers and the PDF with my CV is the capital part of the website where people look first.
In addition, I saw quite a few similar posts on problems with PDF uploads. So it does not seem to be a new issue.
Thank you in advance!

Try doing this, @Lena42:
1. Click on the link in the editor, then click "remove" to remove the link entirely.
2. Select the text, use the link option, then upload your PDF file new
3. Publish your site

I have a free weebly education account. All of my students are able to upload photogrpahs easily apart from one. She only has 5 pages but cannot upload any more even though she still has capacity for 5 more pages.
Please can you help?

Yes - does she get an error message, does it seem to just hang, or does something else happen?

It looks like your email address was unsubscribed so you weren't being sent password reset emails. If you try again it should send one to you now so you can login and upgrade.
