Problems Scheduling a Blog

Im finding that this doesnt seem to be working for me at the moment.  It just doesnt publish.  I have checked that the time is set correctly in settings and it is. Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi, Liz.

I just tested the blog scheduling feature on my own site, and it worked. What happens when you try to publish? You might want to try clearing your browser cache: 

http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
