When I enter my website address or name into the search bar on Google Chrome, it states that my website is not secure. This also happens on Microsoft Explore. I need this fixed so that customers know my site is secure and will visit it. When I click on Settings, then General, there is no enable button. How can I check to see if my URL address has the HTTPS as opposed to just HTTP? My hosting site is Bluehost and my website platform and themes is Weebly. How can I get this problem fixed?

Thanks for posting, @Carmen11207. Since your host is BlueHost, can you have them take a look? Issuing an SSL certificate may be different than it would be directly through us.
