I purchased two business sites about a year ago from weebly, and primarily went with weebly for the phone support. I happened to log in today to check on soemthing and noticed that my phone support is cut. If I want phone support I now have to pay $20 more per month.
Big mistake weebly. I feel like you are blackmailing me. I don't like that. You gave no warning.
Now I can't even find a way to downgrade my sites.
Also.. just so you are aware. I lead a global organisation where I coach women on launching businesses etc. I have always sent them to weebly. Now I can't. They need the phone support. If you don't want to give it anymore, then I don't want to be your customer anymore.

Just wondering where you came up with the $20 monthly to get phone support?? Can you provide a link??
The Pro plan has phone support $12/mo....nothing changed there...
