I've recently signed on to Weebly and had my domain transferred. This transfer mysteriously failed this morning after having been successful for a few hours. The problem is I am here in Australia with no urgent support - there is no chat available and all I can do is send an email.
I had begun to promote my new site and it is now embarrassing that there is no site at all and no urgent support available. I am paying for a service that is not delivering. Strangley enough, when I was in the process of publishing there was chat available but this has disappeared.
I need urgent help.
