No Received Date on Contact form

When i view my contacts there is no received date - all of them show todays curent date which is not useful as I cannot determine when the contact submitted the enquiry.  It used to be there and now that has been removed - can you please return that function is very helpful, thanks.

At times the form does not send an email either.

Where are you looking at your form entries? I checked in Website > Overview > Form Entries, and I see different dates for each submission.
