Customers can no longer login to my website, it takes them to a redirect. This means paying customers cannot access memberships. I have been waiting for 2 months for Weebly to fix this issue and nothing has been done.

Are you able to provide more information about this? When they try to log in, what page are they taken to?

Customers can login, when they try to click on a membership page they are taken to a redirect and asked to sign in again.
The problem is my site is hosted by Siteground and although I pay a fee to Weebly, it seems no one is willing to help Siteground with a fix. And while I get that your support team does not have access to my site, I find it unacceptable that a reseller should be waiting for months without any reply from your team for a solution.
