Improve Reviews - add a rating to the top

I had no idea that reviews were at the bottom of my product page. I couldn't find them and had to contact support to find them. 

Problem #1: it does not allow me to move the reviews, they are always stuck at the bottom

problem #2: nowhere does it show the review RATING for my product. In order to see reviews someone has to scroll all the way down on my page.  I wish there was a star rating at the very top next to the product. it can show 5 stars and a link to view more reviews then it would take you to the bottom of the page.

In the store display options, that should be added there as well, just as you would add a Price, product description, it should also let you show the product rating.
