How do I get a refund?

I'd like to get a refund for my plan.

I paid it 5 days ago. 

It doesn't work well when I upload photos. It keeps getting errors.

Is there an error that you see that you would like help with? We can refund the plan, but you will not be able to keep the custom domain connected to the site.
