Customers buying digital downloads receiving multiple download emails!

Hi, I have WWD and one of my eCommerce clients is experiencing an issue where when a customer buys one of her digital download courses, they are receiving the 'Your download is ready!' email multiple times?! (5 I believe!), why is this happening and how can I stop it please?!

Thanks for posting, @aries1989. I'm not sure what the cause of that would be, and whether it's us or the email provider of your client's customer. If you haven't yet, can you contact our support team so they can take a look?
