We use the contact forms often and i wish that there was a way to manage what we have replied to, leave notes or some other system where you could comment internally on the list so that staff do not send messages twice or even three times by mistake. I also want to change the email address we reply from but it automatically connects to my personal Gmail account on the app on my phone and will not allow me to change it.
