Business plan cancellation and refund
Hi there,
I recently purchased a domain and business plan on February 13th. I have decided I would like to cancel the plan and domain, which I have done. I received an email however, stating that both would automatically expire February 13th, 2019 which confused me. Does this mean I will not be refunded?

We can issue the refund for you. You are not keeping the domain name, correct? Just so you are aware, it is past the 5 day limit we have to return to the domain registrar. This simply means that if you want to purchase the domain you would need to buy it back through us until it expires.
