allow one non-techie person to easily add news items to a page?

I would like to be able to allow a non-techie person the ability to update a "news" column with new content -- text and links. Is there an app or widget or any other means to allow this, without having to give this person admin access to the whole weebly site, and have them potentially muck things up?!

If you've upgraded the site to Pro or higher you can limit their access to that single page, @huladaddy:

It wouldn't be possible right now to limit their access beyond that, though.
