I have reached the 6 user account limit, how can I add more emails with my domain name?
We are adding people to our company that need an e-mail address, but when I do I get an error that I have reached the "6 user account limit for the organization". How can I add more emails with my company domain name?
How are you trying to purchase more users - via the dashboard or by logging into admin console? Also, we're seeing a user which has never been logged in to as yet, so that's sitting there paid and waiting to use.
