I've tried, he gave me a code to try two days ago but it doesn't work and I haven't heard back. It's been over a week and we're trying to get this site up. Is there someone I can pay to chat with or something? I know you guys are busy and can't answer right away, I really do understand, please don't think I'm complaining. It's nice of you guys to answer us at all, in a community format. I'm on kind of a deadline myself so I'm open to other venues if any are available. My problem is I've tried all the codes & tried deleting the highlighted code. Some look like they work in the editor but when I check out the page online it is still there (I have published, waited a few, and refreshed by closing and reopening the tab).
