Google Apps - 'Domain is not connected to a Weebly site'

I've recently upgraded my Weebly website from Pro to Business. As part of the upgrade Weebly/Google offer 1 year free subscription of Google Apps. However, when I click on 'Google Apps' on the top of my Weebly account page and enter the email address and password I want to set up with my domain, I get the 'Domain is not connected to a Weebly site' error message. My domain is registered with TLD Registrar Solutions Ltd. and I've already configured my MX records to point to Google. What do I need to do to get Google Apps to work? Thanks.

I think it might be because you're missing the root A record for your domain. Try adding an A record for your domain that points to our IP address, and give it a little while to fully propagate.

What is the domain you're trying to get an email address for, CarwP? Is the domain already assigned as the address to one of your Weebly sites?

Hi,

My domain is www.carwpiws.cymru and I've already assigned it to my website (although the website is password protected - would that make a difference?).

Yep, many thanks for your suggestion Adam - it was my bad. I hadn't set up the A records correctly with my registrar. I went back to delete and re-assign them and It's now sorted.

Hi I am also having the same issue  - The last chat i had the Weebly Customer service confirmed they would do the transfer my account from the Referral into a direct billing plan. It appears it has not been done because i getting the error message : "Your account has been suspended because you chose the option to "Cancel subscription on renew". In order to continue using G Suite Basic please visit the Billing page. "  

On the billing page it shows "Contact Reseller To Modify your Account"

All 3 Users emails have vanished from the G suite account . Can you please modfy the account as soon as possible
