Does a purchased app transfer to all my domain editors?

If I purchase an app through the weebly app page, it says it's "connecting" to my editor for that domain name.  I'm wondering if those purchased apps will be there in other editors for other domains I manage.  

Since I've never purchased an app before, I'm hesitant unless I can get this answered.

@michaelfilla:  Purchased app is for a single site.  APP developers would have no incentive to develop APPs unless they can make few bucks here and there.
