Customized app development

We need to develop a specific type of app for our weebly website http://www.gemstudieslaboratory.com.au/.

And I'm going through the weebly developer docs to get started with developing apps.

The thing is we don't want the app to go to the app center, as this app wouldn't make sense for other people it would be customized and specific to our needs.

And after going through weebly docs I'm not sure if it's possible.
Here it implies that apps could only be installed from the app center https://dev.weebly.com/get-started-with-developing-apps.html.

So, I'm wondering how we can develop an app only for our website according to our requirement and install it only for our own website without sending it to app center?

Please let me know how I can acheive this in weebly as in other platforms like wordpress this is a very trivial thing to do.

Can you tell us a bit more about what you're looking to do that requires app status? From what I see here so far, it looks like you might want to implement something via embedded code.

You can just save it as a draft without submitting it for review and install it to your site.

Note that only the site owner can upload/manage apps.
