How does a Square account user gain access to edit my site?

I'm in!

Not that this isn't already a complicated situation, but let me ask about this: I created a site from my personal account on Weebly for the college foundation; the foundation created a separate Square site to accept donations. The foundation can't log into my Weebly site and I can't log into their Square site. I have added their administrator as an Editor on my site, but when she goes to log in, it defaults to her Square login. It's quite a pickle! Help!!

Hi @JulieEastridge I moved your post to its own thread since it is a different issue. It's not possible to be an editor for the two different account types. The easiest solution is to use the correct email/password login combo. Otherwise, you would need to create accounts that are similar. If your editor provides an email address to you that is not currently used in the system you should be able to add them as an editor. They will receive an email invitation and will be able to sign up for a compatible account.

For you to have access to the Square website it would be a bit different. The account owner would need to add you as a Team Member, and allow you to have permission to access the website. You would need to use a different email than your current Weebly one in order for the logins to work correctly.
