How do I downgrade my hosting plan?

I had a personal website with you:

I didn't realize I had not paid my bill, and my subscription ran out. I tried to renew my sub. but, by accident I turned my personal website from a personal website to into a business based website. How do I change it back to a personal website?
Also, is it possible to change my address:
www.familyunitedinthespiritofchrist.net - to -
www.familyunitedinthespirit.com
Also, I may be interested in weebly square, because I might start up my shopify online store again, soon.
