My dashboard only allows me to log out under my name at the top right. There is no account settings?

Hi @peterbeck What are you trying to access? Can you post a screenshot of what you see from your end? I see an option for Account Settings towards the bottom of the dropdown.

If you switch to a different browser does it show for you, @peterbeck? It looks like you were using a pretty old browser and your version of Mac OS was several years old.

Hi Bernadette, thank you for coming back to me. Where did you see the account settings? Whenever I log in I get the navigation page and there is only the options to upgrade or support-log out.

This is all a living nightmare. I can't see my account settings, so I can't do any work on my website and therefore can't do work on my business. I'm fed up to the back teeth. How difficult is it to make account settings and billing visible?
