When you schedule an appointment, you can include details such as colour formula in the notes field.
You can read more about adding notes and scheduling appointments here.
At this time, you’re unable to prevent a specific client from booking online with Square Appointments.
In the meantime, you can disable auto-accept so that you’re able to review each request before accepting or declining the appointment.
