Good morning!
Sorry if this seems like an obvious answer…I was just using Square to setup a repeat appointment (4-sessions, once per week) and the service I offer is packaged on a lump sum at a discounted rate.
I noticed that on every repeat appointment, the price is listed. Does this mean the client will be charged that lump sum amount on every subsequent appointment?
If so, is there a work around for this? If I change a detail (such as the price) for one repeat appointment, it seems to change it for all of them.
Thank you kindly in advance.
Daniel

- Hey @DannyNMG
Thanks for writing in with this question!
When you make a change to an appointment in an appointment series, e.g adding another service to only the appointment in question is changed. Subsequent appointments can be edited independently e.g if your customer would like to add a service on the day, you can charge them for it at the Appointment.
It sounds like you're offering a discount for booking multiple appointments, in which case you'd want to update the pricing so each appointment represents the fee that would be payable on the day. e.g If you're offering four appointments for $200, price each appointment at $50. I hope this answers your question, please let me know if you need a hand with anything else 🙂
Thank you @Arie, I will do this 🙏
