My team member was advised to come and talk to me about this, but...I have nothing to say.
Has anyone seen this before? What did you do to solve this?
We haven't had anyone else report this issue.

Thanks for all your patience @lenjobakes! I did look into this but wasn't able to find what could be causing this. I will ask if you can reach out to Customer Support at 1-855-700-6000 squ.re/contactsqsupport. We will need to look into the employee's permissions and team management settings. Of course, don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything else.

Thanks for the reply, @MayaP!
All of our team members share the exact same permissions and team management settings.
I'll check in and see if there has been any improvement, but like I mentioned this hasn't happened with anyone else.
Thanks again for following up!

Hey @MayaP!
Back to report that uninstalling and re-installing the app proved to be beneficial. The team member can now see their schedule, but this was *such* a weird error!
