Blank Field - Customer Inputs Value

Sounds a bit weird but does anyone know if its possible to have a blank square open value page where people can just input whatever value you they want and then proceed to check out?

We have instances where we just want to let people put in the amount that they feel is appropriate aka by donation. We would prefer to not do it in the form of a tip if possible and even if we did that we would have to invoice them. It's almost a donation page but hoping to avoid a patronage kind of set up as we still want to maintain our brand have it on a page we create.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you're looking for this feature on the Point of Sale side - there is always an option to enter a custom amount for the sale.
