We can't get into specific details about finances in the open forum--you'll need to contact support for that.

However, I do have a couple of ideas: When you look at your dashboard, are you seeing any dollar amount in the Transfers box on the home page? If so, that is your money Square will get to you on your usual Balance Transfer time. It doesn't show in your bank until the next business day by default.

If there is nothing in that Transfers box and you're showing sales, my next question is are all your sales online? If so, online orders will not show as transactions (but will show as sales!) until you close the online order. Once you close all your orders, those funds should show in the Transfers box.
