Hey all,
I'm having an issue in that team members can't login to our POS, to either clock in or for sales. The team app isn't working for them either, yet one team member can clockin, and both managers too. we didn't change any settings for them, it just stopped working overnight.
Any help greatly recieved

Hi @DannyN0rthstar, really sorry to hear this! There are a few things you can check when it comes to this issue:
- Double-check the team member's profile and permission set on your Dashboard
- If you have a Team Plus subscription, check to make sure the subscription is active. If for some reason the subscription is paused or cancelled, that'll also affect team member's access.
If you have check both and they are working as expected, it'll be best to contact our Support team directly since they would be able to check the specific team member's profile.
