sales report showing no sales on mutiple devices

We can see the transactions on all devices but the sales report says no sales no matter what date we choose.  Pixel 6, Pixel 5a, Samsung A7 tablet.

Hello there @rfjackjr Welcome back to the Seller Community 👋

 

This is a known issue with some Android devices that our team is aware of. The current workaround is to make sure that when looking at your report the filter is set to All Devices and not "This Device Only". You can correct this by tapping on the Date and scrolling down to the Filter by Device section.

Yep. My Android hasn't shown reports in a week or two. Annoying.

Hey @jmsodpc,

 

I understand your frustration! You can use the workaround @JJ_ shared, and give updating, or deleting and reinstalling your app a try when you have a moment. A fix for this issue should be rolled out very shortly!
