"Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead" when customer clicks on invoice
I had to send the customer an invoice through PayPal instead. Please notify me when you have fixed the security on your site so I can return to using Square. Thank you.

Hey @VA_artist,
We actually don't have any security issues on our end. This error typically comes with whatever browser they're using and depends on what security features they have set up for it in terms of popups or loading new pages.
So this is on the customer's browser and nothing concerning on our side of things.

Thanks for the quick reply, AshC. I am using the most recent version of FireFox on my Mac, 78.8.0esr, and I also get the security warning. The padlock has an exclamation mark next to the https. The warning message says the problem is with the website.
Just to make sure, I tried it with Safari and got this message --

My customer got the same message and insisted on paying through PayPal. How was your problem resolved?

Tech support told me there was nothing wrong on Square's end and that it was probably her browser. I said I doubted that it was an outdated browser because I got the same warning when I viewed the invoice with both FireFox and Safari. I apologized to my customer and invoiced her through PayPal. I also decided I didn't want risk my clients getting that warning so now I invoice through PayPal even though I like Square better.

Thank you for your quick response VA_artist. It is embarrassing when customers receive such warning messages. I like Square better and want to avoid paypal. I am waiting for a response from Square.

I could tell they were not going to do anything about it. That the same thing happened to your customer two months later confirms they did nothing. Please let me know what tech support tells you. Maybe you will have better luck. Trisha
