We have integrated the 'book now' button onto our website. It is visible and works well from a desktop or laptop but does not appear at all on any mobile device (tested over 10 devices from phone to tablets, ios, android, etc).
Please advise.

HI, thank you for the link. I see the Book Now button on Safari. No button on Chrome or iPhone.
You can try to contact Customer Support with this link. Monday to Friday. (Monday is a Holiday.)

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.
You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop. Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.

Hey @Newbiehere - After testing your site, I can see that the book now button on mobile is NOT showing up as mentioned by @Goldneye. In your case, please contact your host for further troubleshooting steps. Since the site was not made on our platform we are unable to assist with this.
