online store doesnt work

Our online store was working fine yesterday but now customers are unable to add items to the cart. It's not allowing you to select the drinks, so we can't take our preorders. I've tried republishing multiple times, editing items and republishing, but nothing is working. Tech support is unavailable and the emails support wants me to wait for 24 - 48 hours for help.  

 

Which is AWESOME since square is now raking in millions on the higher price fees of the online rate. As a cafe we were at almost 5% transaction rate yesterday because we have a low ticket average.  

 

Any ideas, community? Since the only people that are able to help are other customers apparently...
