issues with POS

Hi,

 

Has anyone experience issues with your POS lately? When I go to select a customer the software takes forever to load. 

 

And another issue when ringing up customers it the POS glitches and removes all items and then I have to re-scan again.

Hello @MaryMary 

 

Nothing was reported as far as I know regarding connectivity issues/app weirdness recently. You can always check the website Is Square Up? if you feel something's amiss.

 

A lot of times the app just needs a force close and reload to fix any random issues that sprout up.
