iPad 4 app stuck on a completely black page

We have an iPad 4, so it's maxed out at iOS 10.3.3.  updated app today, when it loads, it looks like it wants to start but then wipes (animates) to a black screen where the top simply says "Stand Connected",  Sometimes it has a "getting started" page but that animates away to a black screen also.  Multiple installs, power cycles, etc.

Hi @kzsigo. I'm really sorry for the issues you were experiencing. Are you still running into this problem? We were dealing with some system performance issues on Friday, and this sounds like it was a related issue. The issues have been resolved, but like I said, please let me know if you're still having trouble.
