getting 2 printers to work at the same time

I'm running pos on my i pad i also have two printers hooked up but only one printsonly one prints. only one printer is checked in the box of printers where it says choose printers i would think both should be ckd ?

No problems are not remedied!

when I ordered the new printer I is different than other one , square says it's same thing new one is TSP100III future print

older one is TSP 100 future print

@buckseight The TSP 100 is the series of the printer. 

The actual model number is usually located on the bottom of the printer near the barcode. 

Which models did you have?
