Help, I have had my website www.baraboomysteryweekend.com for 4 years. In the last couple of months I've been getting comments that some people are getting a not private error and are not being allowed to access the site, but I can't replicate the issue.
Today someone sent me a screenshot of what she was getting and it is an err_cert_common_name_invalid error. When I look on this site for help, I see advice about finding security settings under general and publishing and unpublishing the site, but I don't have those option on my Square site dashboard.
Help?

Hey there, @Ticketseller -
Is there a way you could attach the screenshot? I am not seeing any privacy issues whenever I try to access to your site.
Were any of those sellers able to give more information when they see the privacy issue?
I will keep an eye out for your reply👀.

I’ve tried to copy and paste the screen shot here, but it’s not working. But this is the copy from the warning screen.

Thank you for sending over this information, @Jaddy. When I go and visit your site, I am not seeing that privacy issue pop up. I am using Chrome as an internet browser too.
Do you have any more information from your customer on when they're seeing this message? Another option would be to contact our CS Team directly to take a deeper look too. 1-855-700-6000 squ.re/contactsqsupport
