connect to Square app no connecting to Intuit
I using QuickBooks Online (Intuit) and I am trying to used "connect to Square" app to download my individual transaction from square into QuickBooks, but the app is not able to connect to the Square account. I used to have the old App called "Square Connect" that apparently was retired for the new one called "Connect to Square" . The old one was working fine until Aug 20, 2022 when stop syncing and with the new app I can not connect. I keep getting this error
We can't connect your account
We weren't able to finish connecting your Square account. Try signing in again or go back to QuickBooks
I have removed my browser cache of square and intuit, I have reset both apps's password and no matter how many time I tried, I can not connect them

At this time, we are unable to provide support to the Quickbooks integration from our end as we only have the option to connect or disconnect from our end. I recommend reaching out to Intuit in regards to this situation and if they advise you to reach out to Square please ask them to provide you with a ticket number and the specific reason they believe this is a square related issue.
In order to better support you with this matter, you will need to call 855-700-6000 between 6 am - 6 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday.

Thanks for your replay. this is definitely an issues on Intuir. They developed the app, disco tubo de previous version and yesterday a technical support to weston told me they are aware of the issues and they are working on ti, but they have. no idea how solve it as this has been going on for over 2 months to all customers. the only option. they game me is to do an export from square and an import of transaction to QBO 🤷🏼♂️
