Question on CBD Certificate of Analysis

We are trying to fill out the CBD Program Application but keep running into issues with the COAs. Currently we have this message "You have not submitted a COA for each of the products you are selling. Please upload additional COAs or remove products without lab reports." All of the COAs we uploaded have the reports and it is the complete list of what we would currently sell. Any advice on how to close this out so we can finish the application would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Robin,

 

Unfortunately I never was able to get this completely resolved. Support started out great but then stopped responding to me so we ended up going with another credit card processing company. I had the issue that if I tried to edit the COAs and then clicked submit, my changes wouldn’t actually be saved. If you are able to make changes and submit and it sticks, here are the common issues that I’ve heard about:

make sure that if you have a product listed such as gummies that you also have a COA for gummies. We had the issue that we originally were going to sell gummies so we listed it as a product but we were unable to obtain a COA from the company. Since we listed gummies but Square did not see a COA for it, they couldn’t approve the application. Also make sure your COAs specifically say Delta 9 percentage. Hope that helps a bit. Unfortunately their website seems to have a lot of technical errors that they need to address but account services will never return a phone call or email so it’s impossible to ever let them know they are having so many technical issues.

I'm having the same exact issue with the COA's and with the lack of response. If you don't mind me asking, where did you turn to for Credit Card processor..?
