can't disable owner passcode - it is toggled off but my colleague is required a passcode to sign out
I can't disable owner passcode - it is toggled off on my mobile app, but my colleague is required to enter a passcode to sign out of my account on her reader. I work in a small cooperative art gallery where we sign into each other's accounts using our own square readers. No one else is required to enter a passcode to sign out. I have it toggled off so this should not be the issue. Furthermore this is really weird security. Typically a security code is required to SIGN IN to an account, not to SIGN OUT. It is terribly inconvenient as she has to disable the app on her phone and then reinstall it in order to sign out of my account.
