I'm sorry to hear that @blackdiamondbea! If your serivces or staff aren't showing on I recommend the following:
- Making sure you've signed in to your online Square Dashboard with the correct email address and password, in case you have two separate accounts.
- Check that you're viewing the correct location for your business. From the Online Booking section of your Dashboard click the box in the upper left to switch between locations.
- If you disabled your Online Booking site in the past you can reactivate. Click Online Booking > Visibility and Display > Reactivate Now.
I also recommend checking your subscription is active from the Account & Settings section of your Dashboard.
