Why is the actual amount we have sent through Square Payroll not the actual labor cost?

We ran a sales to labor costs report.  It shows a gigantic amount of labor costs relative to actual payments for "labor."  We use an independent cook contractor for our food business, pay a gross amount with nothing taken out.  HELP!!  Whys is the actual amount we have sent thru square's 'payroll" not the actual labor costs???

Thanks for your post @robertcareyfood, I'm sorry to hear that there seems to be a discrepancy on this report. I went ahead and created a case for you with the Payroll Support team who can review your account and this report - and provide you with more informaiton. They'll email you as soon as they can.
