Why is my button text not working?

After adding my email link, nothing happens when it is clicked.  If I do a phone link, it works.

Could you provide an example of your email link (URL) - that would be easier for us to actually see what is going on.  (Also - what's your definition of a "phone link" - or are talking about the same thing?)
