Why is my Square Online Store only accepting payments on mobile devices?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: This store is not yet accepting payments!!!]

 

Hello.  I have been accepting payments manually through square for 2 years.  I just published my online store through square, successfully transferred my domain from GoDaddy.com.  I am able to add items to cart and purchase sucessfully using a mobile device, but when I use a desktop computer I get the message that my store isn't accepting payments.  I tried using trouble shooting methods in other threads like deleting DNS records, now when using the desktop when you type in my website dutchs860.com it comes up with an error.  I'm still able to shop normally from my iPhone. Please help!!

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear that your Online Store is only taking payments on mobile device browsers!

 

What browser are you using on your computer? Are you able to view your Square Online Store, or is the page blank with the "isn't accepting orders" error message? 

 

Let me know so I can look into this further.

Thank you all for your advice. Here’s the message I received from weebly, whatever he did fixed the issue! 

“It looks like there was an issue with the DNS settings for your domain that was preventing people from making a secure connection, which is why it was saying that it wasn't accepting payments. I made some changes, and it should start working within a few hours, but let us know if by tomorrow morning it's still not working.”
