Why i could not use same predefined ticket at 2nd and 3rd device in same account?
I try to add ticket at my 2md device but no option of predefined ticket. How?

As long as they are all logged into the same account and same location (if you have more than one) all items will reflect on all devices.

I could see everything of my account in 2nd device, including items and printers, etc. But when I want to place order with open ticket, I could not find my predefined tickets. I cannot add any predefined ticket but only key in random table no. What I should do to share same set of table ticket?

Sorry I thought you were talking about something else. I only use Open tickets on occation but yes they are a single Device function. So you will have to recreate on each iPad.
